I’m in Calgary for an audition,

and I’m staying at my aunt’s house. Her mother (in law) is staying with them for an

    -indefinite period of time-

because her husband just passed away.

She’s Czech and speaks very VERY LITTLE broken english.

My aunt went away for a couple hours, and her mother in law started talking to me.

And talking and talking. And laughing and crying. She’s a lonely lady in a foreign country and she has a lot to say.

We had a nice chat. By the end, she kept forgetting that I don’t speak English.
